Yes if there is an emergency, call the office at 615-236-8615. Listed below are maintenance emergencies:
• No hot water
• No air conditioning in extreme hot weather
• No heat in extreme cold weather
• Clogged commode in a one-bedroom home
• No electricity
• Plumbing leaks or leaks that could damage your property or ours
• Flood, fire, or other natural disasters
• Gate not operating properly to allow access
Yes, every apartment has a washer and dryer.
Yes, parking is available and included.
Yes, our community is pet friendly.
We use Petscreening. Two pets allowed per apartment.
• 1 pet- $300 pet fee (Non-refundable), $25 pet rent per month.
• 2 pets- $600 pet fee (Non-refundable), $50 pet rent per month.
We have reserved spaces available for $70 per month.
Our community amenities include a sky lounge, pool, gym, clubhouse, recording studio, meeting room, package lockers, valet trash, RentPlus, dog park, bike storage, and pet spa.
